Do you know where water goes once it’s flushed down the toilet, what issues are facing our water supply, where the water that pours out of our tap comes from, or what happens to water once it goes down the storm sewer?

Welcome to the Water Under Fire series where you will discover the answers to these questions, discover why it’s important to learn more about water and find ways that you can help protect water through your everyday activities.

Select a Water- Aware topic from the menu on the left. There you will find a 30 and 60 second video (public service announcement) and a longer video webisode. Each describes some of the challenges facing Canada’s fresh water in streaming video for you to view and share, along with links and support materials for use by students, community groups, formal educators and individuals with an interest in water.
